How to create user accounts:
- Connect
to
http://mblc.state.ma.us/cgi-bin/remote.pl
(Troubleshooting
Tip: If you get an HTTP Error 404, file not found, error,
carefully double check that you typed the URL in correctly. The
problem is most likely a typing error.)
- After
you connect to the above link, look for a link along the left
labeled Books Online (eBooks). Once you click on that you
will be brought to a screen that prompts you to input your
library card number. Once that is entered, the following screen
will have a button labeled NetLibrary, click on that.
- Once
you have reached the South Hadley Public Library netLibrary
page, you can search the eBook collection or immediately create
a new user account. To create a new account, click on Create
A Free Account in the upper right corner, or Log In
if you have already created an account.
Once you have created an account, you can go
directly to the netLibrary website (www.netlibrary.com)
without going through the URL listed in step 1.With your account,
netLibrary will recognize that you are a South Hadley Public Library
patron. This will enable you to link from the Library’s catalog (
http://wmars.cwmars.org/search~S51/
)to netLibrary directly.
